| The Community YMCA 2-Mile Health Walk is a great opportunity to join a healthy fitness activity. Bring the stroller and make this a family affair. The course features an aid station and a digital clock at the finish. Medals to all participants. The Y is pleased to welcome State Senator Jennifer Beck as Honorary Chairperson of the 2010 YMCA Health Walk. Consider forming a team to join you in the fun! |

| A series of races for the kids is on tap for Friday evening. The 2010 races will be staged this year in Marine Park (third year at this location), beginning at 6:30 p.m. Each age group will have its own race. Children under 4 can run with a parent or guardian in our 50 yard toddler trot. Spotters and helpers will be on the course. Medals to all finishers. |

| There will be team competition in the 5 mile for Men's and Women's
Open, Men's & Women's Masters Teams. There will be a Corporate Team

There will also Family Competition for two-person team. See prizes and Awards page for details. New this year is a Team Participation Challenge, with recognition to the Largest Team, Most Spirited and Best Dressed, for participants in both walk and run. There is no separate team entry fee. | A Runner's Expo Village will be held on Friday and Saturday of Race Weekend in
Marine Park. Admission is free to all. This is a consumer's show, so come out to see the
newest running items and pick up some great bargains. Hours are 2:00 - 8:30 p.m. on Friday
and 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. |

NJ Natural Gas Concert Stop by Friday evening for free music entertainment in Marine Park, sponsored by New Jersey Natural Gas. 2010 entertainment features The Tor Miller Band (TMB), a group of local musicians, ages 16-18, who have made a name for themselves as “the upcoming band to watch” in the Jersey Shore music scene. |
